890 Router Series comes from a Porter-Cable built, 2-1/4 horsepower, soft start
motor with advanced electronic feedback (10,000 - 23,000 rpm).
To ensure accuracy, the model 892 features a dedicated knob for easy micro-height
adjustments (to 1/128 inch) and a bypass control for quick macro-adjustments and
motor removal. An auto-spindle lock with switch lock-out ensures simple single-wrench/single-hand
bit changes. Includes a multi-functrioal carrying case/router pedestal with multiple
bit and accessory storage plus an interactive CD-ROM with step-by-step video instructions
for building a router table. For added versatility, the 2-1/4 horsepower motor
is compatible with multiple 890 and 690 Router Series Bases. |
