Sometimes smaller is
actually better. The narrow design of the Tower Bookcase means it will
fit into just about any room in your home.
That's the idea behind this Tower Bookcase. It takes up less than 2
square feet of floor space because everything is stored vertically. Yet its six
shelves (four of them are adjustable) can store a variety of items.
The Tower Bookcase in the photo was built using 3/4" cherry plywood
(one 4x8 sheet is more than enough), and the back was made from a half sheet of
1/4" cherry plywood. The sides and shelves are edged with solid cherry.
The bookcase is 77-3/8" high x 20" wide x 14" deep.
The Tower Bookcase plans include a six-page step-by-step booklet
and two 18" x 24" sheets of shop drawings. You also get a
printed shopping list you can take to your local lumberyard or home
center. The list includes all the wood, supplies, and tools you'll need to
build this Tower Bookcase.
And you get our Total Success Guarantee: We're confident that we've
provided all of the shop-tested instructions and plans that you need to build
this project. If you are not totally successful with this project, just
let us know, and we'll refund 100% of the purchase price of this plan. No
questions asked. |
